Office Administrative Specialist

Position Summary
HFW Companies is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Specialist. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a dynamic office environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and accurately relay messages.
  • Oversee the management of mail and package deliveries.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update information in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the functionality of office equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week.
  • The role is office-based, with potential for additional hours or responsibilities as needed.
  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate teamwork.
