Office Administrative Specialist
Position Summary
HFW Companies is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Specialist. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to managing a variety of administrative responsibilities in a dynamic office environment.
Primary Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls and accurately relay messages.
- Oversee the management of mail and package deliveries.
- Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update information in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the functionality of office equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist capacity is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40 hours per week.
- The role is office-based, with potential for additional hours or responsibilities as needed.
- Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate teamwork.
