Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team in North America. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing marketing initiatives within the Sephora and MAKE UP FOR EVER Boutiques environment, as well as product marketing initiatives for the Americas market.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing department to fulfill retailer needs, including comp requests, assortment files, and asset forms.
  • Assist in submitting and tracking progress of creative briefs.
  • Help maintain and develop master documents, such as marketing calendars, roadmaps, and exposure trackers.
  • Monitor, summarize, and provide insights on new competitive launches, including formula, pricing, packaging, key claims, and benefits.
  • Purchase competitive products as needed.
  • Help teams prepare for major retailer and internal meetings, including updating presentations, printing materials, managing catering, product setup, and mailings.
  • Analyze sales data to recommend shade assortments, track launch performance, and forecast future sales.
  • Assist in ongoing administrative tasks, such as coding invoices, budget tracking, organizing lab samples, shipping product comps to retailers, and samples orders for boutiques.
  • Manage the product closet, facilitate mailings, and distribute samples.

Requirements:

  • Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and professional with a strong passion for the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks alone.
  • Previous beauty experience is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
