WYNYC comprises over 100 organizations that offer diverse programs, including food security, housing assistance, and health education, aimed at empowering New Yorkers to achieve optimal health and reducing health disparities.

Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant will deliver high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of WholeYouNYC. This role is pivotal in organizing executive meetings, managing complex administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Oversee the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments. Handle incoming communications, responding independently when appropriate, and directing inquiries as necessary. Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive. Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and community partners.
  • Administrative Functions: Assist with the operational needs of the executive and the network, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Manage financial documentation, including expense reports and invoices, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Project Coordination: Support the executive in executing complex administrative projects related to WholeYouNYC, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor progress on initiatives, identify challenges, and propose solutions. Prepare necessary documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in executive-level administrative support, preferably within a non-profit or healthcare environment.
  • Experience with governing boards or similar committees is advantageous.
