Position Overview

  • Oversee the upkeep, repair, and enhancement of mechanical and electrical systems within facilities.
  • Coordinate with service providers for maintenance tasks and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement preventive maintenance strategies for all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Manage service agreements and maintain communication with relevant contractors.
  • Supervise all upgrading initiatives for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring effective planning and oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building standards.
  • Recommend and facilitate capital improvement projects for asset enhancement.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and monitor expenditures.
  • Lead a team of executives and technicians to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in the maintenance of mechanical and electrical building systems.
  • Familiarity with tenant relations, facility maintenance, and construction practices.
  • Experience with building automation systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple operations and projects concurrently.
