Senior Asset Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team at Morrow & Associates. As a key member of our real estate investment and development firm, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including residential, commercial, self-storage, and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless transitions from construction to asset management and property management operations.
  • Manage property management teams to ensure assets meet financial performance goals, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and travel to ensure effective management of properties.
  • Develop and implement professional development plans to support growth into a Director of Asset Management role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of working experience in real estate asset management.
  • Strong understanding of traditional real estate cash flow and financial analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Argus, Salesforce CRM, Juniper Square, and Funnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
