About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, transactional, and operational aspects of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for each asset, taking into account individual property requirements, valuations, and cash flow projections.
  • Asset Management: Set and execute redevelopment, leasing, and sale plans, and direct relationships with regional partners and third-party service providers, including property management.
  • Market Analysis: Proactively predict and respond to dynamic market conditions, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget process for all assets under management, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Leasing and Acquisitions: Work closely with leasing staff, regional partners, and third-party contractors to structure, negotiate, review, and execute leases, as well as support acquisitions, financings, and refinancings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of assigned properties against plan and budget, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of seven to ten years of demonstrable success in managing complex commercial real estate portfolios, including office, industrial, multifamily, and medical office properties.
  • Leadership and Skills: Proven track record of success and leadership, with a creative hands-on approach to operations, leasing, development, capital markets, financing, marketing, investment, and ownership issues.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to review and understand sophisticated financial statements, leases, and loan documents.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing and holding accountable regional partner relationships at both the development and operating levels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and competitor firms.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
