Business Coordinator for Source Recovery

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Business Coordinator to support our Source Recovery Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers and staff of administrative details.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to department managers and staff, including tracking deliverables, filing records, creating and editing documents, and coordinating task completion.
- Compile and analyze data from multiple sources, using software to create reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
- Design processes to enhance workflow and maintain filing systems of relevant hard copy records, protecting personal and private information.
- Work with internal and external customers to provide quality customer service and meet organizational needs.
- High School or equivalent and 6 years related experience.
- Experience determined by level.
- Proficiency in the English language.
