Since then, A Leading Role has acquired licensing deals with Sanrio/Hello Kitty, Disney, Universal, and Netflix.

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager. The ideal candidate will lead our content strategy and ensure the delivery of engaging, high-quality content across all platforms. They will be responsible for managing our social media coordinator, collaborating with other departments, and driving the overall content strategy to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage and create high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, for social media and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the social media coordinator to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proven success in increasing followers, engagement, and influencer product placement for brands.
  • Social media reporting experience and data analysis skills.
  • Photography and video capabilities, including editing.
  • Ability to storyboard and organize appealing visual content.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
