ROLE SUMMARY

We are in search of a driven and experienced Marketing Specialist to spearhead various marketing initiatives across multiple channels, enhancing brand visibility and maintaining brand integrity. Key marketing avenues include social media, events, sponsorships, signage, and promotional merchandise.

PERSONALITY TRAIT ASSESSMENT

LOCATION

This position is based at our office in Pasadena, Texas, with occasional travel required within the Houston area.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING SPECIALIST

· Key Areas of Focus

o Organizing personal events and coordinating sponsorships for charitable activities, including golf tournaments and fishing contests.

o Overseeing content management across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

o Collaborating with an in-house content creator to capture and edit marketing materials.

o Managing signage across construction sites, the main office, and on equipment.

o Overseeing corporate branded merchandise, including procurement and distribution for events and staff.

· Operational Duties

o Acting as the primary steward of the RL brand, ensuring consistent messaging.

o Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all marketing processes, systems, and objectives.

o Driving continuous improvement in departmental operations and documenting processes.

o Ensuring successful delivery of all marketing initiatives.

o Managing the marketing budget effectively.

o Upholding RL's Core Values in all professional and personal interactions.

o Engaging consistently with customers and vendors to foster strong relationships.

· Metrics & Reporting

o Collecting and analyzing data related to marketing efforts, including costs, social media engagement, and ROI.

o Monitoring trends and providing insights for future marketing strategies.

o Ensuring timely and accurate feedback for continuous improvement.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
