About the Role

HASC Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Course Developer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive multimedia courses using a variety of software and scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Development: Utilize HASC owned software and templates to develop comprehensive multimedia courses, incorporating artwork, test, video, audio, and question files within the course framework.
  • Content Creation: Create custom subject matter scripts for implementation into courseware, working directly with customers to ensure accurate and effective content.
  • Artwork and Audio Development: Gather and modify artwork, develop and enhance audio files, and create custom question files on specific topics for designated comprehension levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Verify content and formatting, gather feedback from customers, and make necessary changes to ensure high-quality courseware.
  • Project Management: Meet with customers to discuss project specifics, new technologies, and project deadlines, and prepare multimedia courses for timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as strong knowledge of instructional theory and learning management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
Work Environment
