About the Role

This Administrative Assistant - Collision Repair position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, staff, and vendors. As part of our busy collision center team, you will be responsible for coordinating repair needs, updating repair status, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate repair needs for collision associates
  2. Update customer and staff on repair status of vehicles
  3. Foster daily interactions with customers, appraisers, technicians, and managers
  4. Ensure timely communication of processes to vehicle repair with all customers
  5. Contact necessary parties for delivery needs
  6. Track production schedule for vehicles and communicate targets with customers and collision center associates
  7. Maintain ongoing education to stay current with industry developments
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Visionary understanding of vehicle repair principles
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret vehicle estimates and work orders
Compensation:

The estimated annual compensation range for this position is $48,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
