Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Infojini.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sending and mailing out acupuncture renewal applications
  • Sending and mailing out newly licensed wallet cards and certificates
  • Downloading and uploading third-party application forms
  • Assisting the enforcement division with backlogs
  • Covering the mailroom when necessary
  • Assisting with limited license application data entry
  • Preparing applications and creating application portfolios for review
  • Assisting analysts with paper license applications
  • Assisting licensing staff with electronic applications

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will also need to be proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
