Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics or supply chain (preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of best practices in warehouse operations, including productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory management, and labor management
  • Experience with safety program compliance (OSHA, DOT, Compliance Programs) and warehouse ergonomics, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including the delivery of tough messages when necessary
  • Expertise in developing and implementing performance standards and metrics, including labor efficiency, quality benchmarks, employee productivity, and operational effectiveness
  • Strong experience in Inbound/Outbound logistics and transportation management
  • Willingness to travel (average once per quarter)
