Maintenance Supervisor II Job Description

Sares Regis Group, a leading real estate development and management firm, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 196-unit community, Centro Callan.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds of our community. This includes supervising employees and outside contractors, coordinating work, and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees and outside contractors engaged in maintenance and repair.
  • Obtain bids from outside contractors, assemble and analyze bids, and submit them to superiors for action.
  • Order and receive supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
  • Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
  • Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
  • Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Prefer Yardi experience.
  • Must have experience in all trades.
  • Must have excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
  • Past supervisory experience a must.
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Compensation:

Salary range is $39.00-$40.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location.
