Salary and BenefitsThe estimated first-year earnings for this position are $60,000 - $100,000 annually, consisting of a base salary plus uncapped commission. You will also receive a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Outside Revenue Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Prioritizing safety in all responsibilities
- Conducting yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
- Solving problems and building trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
- Achieving sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and interact with clients in a professional manner.
