Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative for Restoration Services

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Salt Lake City is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Sales Representative for Restoration Services. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. In addition to their sales acumen, the ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, including analysis of sales trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the restoration industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, bonuses, and commissions based on performance.
