Position Overview:
The Sales Zone Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the sales operations within a designated territory. Each day begins with a thorough review of territory performance metrics and responding to communications from clients and internal teams.

As the day progresses, the focus shifts towards engaging in outside sales activities. This includes a combination of scheduled meetings and proactive outreach to potential clients in the local area. Collaboration with Hertz Local Edition (HLE) personnel is essential, as it fosters a supportive sales environment and enhances the overall sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with the Zone Sales Director to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with local HLE Operations teams on B2B sales initiatives, including organizing meetings, conducting in-person sales calls, and providing sales training for HLE staff.
- Exhibit strong selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge across various business segments, such as insurance replacement, small enterprises, hospitality, automotive services, government agencies, and strategic partnerships.
- Enhance key performance metrics traditionally associated with HLE success, including EDi conversion rates, utilization metrics, revenue per day, and revenue per transaction.
- Conduct high-level business discussions, negotiate pricing, generate proposals, and implement follow-up strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, email outreach, and networking.
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate record-keeping and documentation of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside effective use of email and calendar tools for communication and scheduling.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Communications is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations management is preferred.
- Moderate proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team.
