Position Overview

Convenience Fuel Centers is in search of an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple Circle K locations within the Texas area, with a particular emphasis on the Dallas market.

  • Direct and supervise the sales and operational activities of 8-12 convenience fuel centers and their personnel
  • Control operational expenses and ensure the financial success of each location
  • Execute merchandising initiatives and formulate strategies for the market
  • Provide guidance and support to store leaders
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all locations
  • Oversee loss prevention measures and initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple locations in the restaurant or convenience store sector
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
