About the Role

Ripple IT is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a hybrid work-from-home position, this role will require on-site visits, often for a week at a time, in the Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in a variety of environments, including Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps, Citrix Xendesktop and Xenapp, VMware and vSphere, firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical challenges and provide assistance as needed.
  • Work on projects such as server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for our support team.
Requirements
  • 5 years of IT experience, with previous MSP experience a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations.
  • Natural troubleshooting skills and the ability to find answers.
  • An unquenchable desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Both Mac and PC skills, with the ability to use and create documentation.
