Job Summary

Ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative sought by ATEC Spine to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share within targeted areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and increase market share within targeted areas
  • Collaborate with sales management to establish territory selling strategies and tactics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and other key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Respond to customer needs and requirements in accordance with Company policy
  • Monitor and report sales activities and account records as required
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other company events as requested

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations
  • Strong business and functional acumen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed

Education and Experience

A high school education is required, with a college degree preferred. Relevant sales experience and a strong understanding of the medical device industry are highly desirable.
