We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital – Phoenix. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and direct visitors: Greet and screen all incoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate location while maintaining the security of the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service: Assist visitors with requests and provide information about the hospital and its services.
- Manage front desk operations: Ensure the front desk is staffed and operational during all hours of operation, including breaks and time off.
- Communicate with hospital staff: Connect and transfer calls to the appropriate party, perform overhead paging, and notify the admissions coordinator of visitor requests and other important information.
- Maintain accurate records: Log all incoming job applications and maintain accurate records of visitor sign-in and sign-out.
- High School Diploma or equivalent: Required.
- Previous receptionist experience: Preferred.
