Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Managing the front office, which includes attending to visitors, answering incoming calls, and maintaining a professional workplace environment
• Overseeing vendor activities such as coordinating with plumbers and other service providers
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing concierge services to clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Ensuring office supplies such as paper and paper towels are well-stocked and organizing files for easy access
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and processing customer applications
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive workplace environment
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Performing other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in providing concierge services is desirable.
• Previous experience in an administrative assistance role is necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system effectively.
• Data entry skills and the ability to organize files efficiently are necessary.
• Must be able to perform duties with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
