Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and uphold systems, processes, and documentation to track equipment acquisitions utilizing computer-based software.
  • Collaborate with asset custodians to guarantee comprehensive tracking of all assets.
  • Investigate specifications to aid in identifying suitable equipment for procurement and prepare purchase requests.
  • Keep updated records for a diverse range of accountable equipment and materials.
  • Allocate asset identification numbers, attach labels to accountable items, and document their age, condition, and worth.
  • Initiate documentation for the transfer of assets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in asset management of capital goods.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficient understanding of asset management and inventory processes.
  • Competence in performing numerical calculations and applying asset management practices.
  • Ability to operate a computer and relevant software applications.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members.
