Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Estia at Lakewood Ranch apartments in Bradenton, FL. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, leading our office team, and ensuring the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strive to make the living experience of our residents of the highest quality, particularly in terms of first and last impressions.
  • Handle resident concerns and requests with a positive, customer service-driven approach.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding any property events that may cause disruption within the community.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents and welcome and show property to prospective new residents.
  • Work with the leasing team to achieve property goals and monitor and analyze traffic, conversion ratios, renewal information, and marketing data.
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and ensure that all rents, late fees, and check charges are collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner.
  • Assist Property Manager with training and motivating on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking and interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers, and management.
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite, and community software applications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
