Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily functions and activities.

  • Supervise a workforce of up to 50 employees across a three-shift operation.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by achieving performance objectives. Effectively manage critical areas including safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, workforce development, environmental standards, attendance, and employee retention.

Maintain 100% on-time delivery.

Achieve 100% compliance with quality standards.

Ensure accurate sequencing in collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements, revise existing work instructions, and communicate modifications effectively to all team members.

Provide strong leadership and direction to team members, team leaders, group leaders, and administrative personnel.

Administer a comprehensive training program that is transparent to customers. Ensure all work instructions are documented accurately and that all team members are trained to meet performance expectations.

Foster a culture of safety with a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations. Implement necessary changes to current operations.

Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with a vision for managing large teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to management.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and promoting a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Dedication to completing tasks effectively.
