**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, gross profit, and profitability in the Service Center.
  • Support and manage the Service Manager(s) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in dealership software systems and MS Office.
