Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager in all operational functions and daily activities.

  • Oversee a team of up to 50 associates across a three-shift operation.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by meeting performance objectives. Manage critical areas including safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, workforce development, environmental standards, attendance, and employee retention.

Achieve 100% on-time delivery rates.

Maintain 100% compliance with quality standards.

Ensure accurate sequencing in collaboration with clients and suppliers.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements, revise existing work instructions, and effectively communicate updates to all team members.

Provide strong leadership and direction to team members, team leaders, group leaders, and administrative personnel.

Implement a comprehensive training program that is transparent to clients. Ensure all work instructions are documented accurately and that all team members are trained to perform their tasks as expected.

Foster a safety-first culture. Possess a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and implement necessary changes to current operations.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or conveyance environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with a vision for managing large teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Dedication to completing tasks effectively.
