As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience, and providing leadership and training to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales floor maintenance.
- Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide leadership and training to staff members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of the customer, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and reinforce current service level standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in managing store operations, customer service, and staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
