At OneTrust, we're revolutionizing the way organizations handle data and AI. As our RVP, Enterprise Sales, you'll lead a high-performing sales team in the Northeast US, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisitions and expansions.

The Challenge

Reporting to the SVP of Sales for the Americas, you'll shape impactful strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute directly to the success and growth of the organization.

Your Mission

Develop a high-performing sales team, building on the existing teams, including recruiting and coaching leaders. Build a balanced business with a healthy pipeline and new logo wins, driving year-on-year growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives
  • Manage a mix of hunting and farming customers in the enterprise and strategic segments
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
Requirements
  • Extensive leadership experience in high-growth SaaS sales organizations
  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives
  • Excellent C-level communication and influencing skills
  • Highly skilled in change management practices and driving organizational process improvements
  • Customer-centric and willing to travel as needed
