Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at First Onsite - US. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute project scopes of work, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and supervise crews, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct daily job site safety meetings and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, providing updates and addressing any risk of a project not meeting targets in advance.
  • Provide accurate reports and documentation, maintaining meticulous job activity paperwork and inventories.
  • Collaborate with management to overcome challenges and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Xactimate.
  • Intermediate problem-solving capabilities and basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and supervise staff, both employees and contractors.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work overtime, on weekends, and respond 24/7.
