We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing crisis intervention and support services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals in a residential setting
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans to promote recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness or special populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in crisis situations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
