We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Provider (LPC/LMFT) to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a Licensed Provider, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults and children seeking professional help for mental health and co-occurring issues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and triage/crisis counseling for clients.
- Develop and implement individual therapy plans to address clients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with local medical providers to co-manage patients and ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention services as needed.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Active license to practice in the State of Tennessee.
- Three years' experience with LCSW or LPC preferred.
This is an office-based position with a regular schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
CompensationThe starting salary for this position is approximately $52,488 per year, based on relevant experience and education.
