Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Knoxville Recovery Center. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in facilitating the intake process, providing supervision and support to clients, and guiding them through the recovery process using established models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the initial intake process and procedure
- Provide supervision and support to clients and the Clinical/Operations Team
- Offer guidance on recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models
- Facilitate the daily schedule of Knoxville Recovery Center
- Conduct random urinalysis drug testing
- Monitor client presence through daily rounds
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in behavioral health (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
