Production Engineering Specialist
Our client, a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions, is currently in search of a Production Engineering Specialist.

Position Overview:
This is a direct hire opportunity offering exceptional benefits, including an annual bonus. The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the production processes involving milling, turning, and grinding.
2. Collaborate with cell leaders to troubleshoot process issues effectively.
3. Manage the material review process to address defects with a focus on preventing future occurrences.
4. Assess program cycle times against established estimates and standards to ensure cost objectives are achieved.
5. Work closely with laboratory engineers, process engineers, and machine operators.
6. Assist machinists with setup, parts handling, and inspection inquiries.
7. Participate in the evaluation and development of manufacturing methodologies.
8. Analyze and resolve issues related to processes and tools.
9. Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to drive enhancements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding processes (experience in aerospace is preferred).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to effectively schedule and organize personnel and time.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is highly preferred.

Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 to $115,000 annually, plus a yearly bonus of 5% of the annual salary.
