Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Development: Shape the vision and strategy for our platform services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands. Create detailed product roadmaps and establish clear success metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (including technology, operations, and compliance) and engineering, gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and prioritizing product initiatives.
  • API and Platform Enhancement: Supervise the design and implementation of API interfaces and improvements, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience. Ensure the integration of platform administration features.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancement. Employ agile methodologies to support rapid feature delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all product features adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Work with compliance teams to address legal and regulatory aspects of product offerings.
  • Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Track product performance against established goals, leading optimization initiatives based on analytics and user feedback to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Standards Integration: Ensure all product developments comply with necessary regulatory and compliance standards specific to the financial sector, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in product management within a fintech context, particularly in wealth management or capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of account structures, APIs, and platform management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing technical documentation.
