Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Planning & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced financial analysis and insights to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement forward-looking financial models, key analytics, and ad hoc analyses to support improved financial performance.
  • Proactively identify and drive improvement opportunities for the Finance organization and work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective implementation.
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate consolidation of operating budgets and forecasts, which are typically highly complex and require identifying and collecting relevant information from multiple organizations.
  • Lead projects and initiatives that span across financial and business areas, often with other Finance teams, including Corporate Accounting, Business Unit FP&A teams, Sales, and Investor Relations.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills with a deep understanding of P&L management.
  • Solid understanding of Finance data flow and tools.
  • Experience with management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting, preferably in the financial services industry; experience with firm-wide consolidation is a plus.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000-$105,000 depending on experience.
