Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care and Ostomy Clinic team in Northern New York. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, medical professionals, and other healthcare specialists to deliver top-notch patient care and advance your skills.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patients' wound care and ostomy needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. You will participate in regular case discussions, contribute to evidence-based practice development, and maintain accurate records. Previous experience in wound care management with ostomy care is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from motivated and dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements: To succeed in this position, you must hold current registration as a Nurse Practitioner, certified by the relevant authorities. WOCN Certification is also required.
