Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse is expected to demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care. Responsibilities include the planning, directing, and provision of nursing care in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
