Job Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse exhibits critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the organization, direction, and provision of nursing services in compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician directives, established nursing practices, and institutional policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
