Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse showcases critical thinking abilities, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning patient care. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the planning, directing, and delivery of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician's orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards, and administrative guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
