Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for managing multiple large commercial projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, estimators, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget analyses, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • OSHA 10 certification and/or Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
  • 4+ years of experience as a commercial electrician.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
