Job Title: eLearning Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Developer to join our team at BLR | HCI | CCMI. As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and other design and development tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Maintain existing courses, incorporating user experience enhancements and updates as applicable.
  • Collaborate with voice-over talent, content development teams, and other members of the eLearning team to develop eLearning deliverables.
  • Provide input for supplemental material templates and overarching designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with eLearning course-building tools, specifically Articulate Storyline (preferred) or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to efficiently acquire new skills based on emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or similar) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
