About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in delivering mental health services to students. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with school staff and families to provide high-quality, student-centered care.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life. Our flexible model is ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact in their community while maintaining control over their practice.

The successful candidate will be an experienced therapist with a passion for working with students and schools. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with school staff, students, and families. A strong understanding of child development, learning theory, and evidence-based therapeutic practices is essential.

In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, as well as collaborate with school staff to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. You will also participate in regular case consultations and discussions with our team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, student-centered therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in regular case consultations and discussions with the care team
  • Build strong relationships with school staff, students, and families through effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
  • Licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, PhD/PsyD, etc.) with active Illinois license
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, learning theory, and evidence-based therapeutic practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
