Boston, Massachusetts is a hub for medical professionals seeking new opportunities. Physician Empire is currently looking for a talented Mental Health Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with the clinical team to provide mental health and substance abuse diagnosis and treatment, psychopharmacology consultation, and education. As part of the Behavioral Health department, you will be responsible for coordinating mental health/addiction treatment services and working collaboratively with the team to manage complex cases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychopharmacology services for clients
  • Establish behavioral health medical policies and protocols in collaboration with the Director of Behavioral Health
  • Supervise psychiatric-related services provided

This is an outpatient-only position, requiring Monday-to-Friday availability. Competitive compensation, full benefits, and student loan repayment options are available.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in mental health or related field
  • Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and behavioral health practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
