Salary

As a licensed mental health therapist, you can earn up to $137,200 per year, depending on your licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Job Description

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients. As a telehealth and face-to-face therapist, you'll work with a diverse population and have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Massachusetts.
  • You should be willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • You should have strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
