Job Summary
We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a Thriveworks therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and across a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Thriveworks therapist will be to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to our clients. This may include individual, couples, or family therapy sessions, as well as consultation and coordination with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant professional license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) and have experience working with diverse populations. You should also be comfortable with electronic documentation and have strong communication skills.
Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $137,200 per year, depending on your level of experience and licensure. Additionally, you will have access to paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities.
