About the RoleThis part-time position is designed for individuals who share our vision of improving access to mental health care. As an Outpatient Clinical Therapist, you will work with diverse clients, providing expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Your creativity and empathy will be invaluable assets in helping clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creative interventions to support client progress
- Prepare and submit documentation according to company guidelines
- Meet caseload requirements and coordinate services as needed
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC) in Massachusetts
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate stable boundaries and complete documentation in a timely manner
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
