We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks in Cambridge, MA. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.

The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed LICSW in Massachusetts with experience in providing telehealth sessions. The salary for this role is up to $137,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

We are looking for individuals who can see a minimum of 25 sessions per week and have strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
