Strategic Account Manager

At Tarter Farm and Ranch, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Proactively assess and address customer needs, leading solution development efforts to best meet those needs.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in designated accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales, market development, or application engineering experience with strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of the agricultural, large-retail ag chain, and equipment markets.
- Proven track record in value selling to high-level client decision-makers.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Epicor, etc.).
