Strategic Account Manager

At Tarter Farm and Ranch, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales or market development experience with strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record in value selling to high-level client decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business analytics skills.
